In 1652 the estate was gained by the Jesuit College. After 1777, after the cancellation of a Jesuit order, the estate of Chvaly was in the custody of the Administration of state and ex-jesuit estates under the auspices of c.k. (imperial-royal) educational fund. In 1890, the castle with the farm yard was still stated as the possession of the educational fund. From the 30 June 1890 there come plans of the extension and reconstruction of the structure for stables. By 1955, the farm yard and the castle was managed by the State farms Xaverov as a structure for stabling of cows. The Chvalská Tvrz Hotel was after a vast reconstruction of completely derelict buildings ceremonially opened on 2 January 2007. Karga z Řezna, Jiří ze Vtelna, Jan Daniel Kapr
